Two-Michelin-Starred Guest Chef Stéphane Buron at Vida Rica

Vida Rica Restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Macau presents two-Michelin-starred guest chef Stéphane Buron from the Hotel Le Chabichou in Courchevel, the most luxurious ski resort in the French Alps.

During his debut showcase at Vida Rica, Chef Buron will take diners on a gastronomic journey with his refined, ingenious creations, which bring out the best of fresh natural ingredients. Guests can enjoy his expertly crafted signature dishes such as Sea Bass Poached in Hay Stock with black Truffles and Crab Meat Flavored with Curry and Sturia Caviar which are featured on Chef Buron's exquisite six-course degustation dinner menu, priced at MOP 1,288* per person. A four-course and five-course lunch will also be available at MOP 398* and MOP 498* per person. Both menus will offer a choice of selected wine pairing.
