The Skål International – Macau luncheon was hosted at Lai Heen Cantonese Restaurant of The Ritz-Carlton, Macau on 10 May 2016, attended by more than 30 skalleagues and key influencers from Macau’s tourism and travel industry. Highlights of the luncheon included the presentation from Macau International Airport Co. Ltd., as well as attendance of members of Les Chefs d’Or Macau.
The monthly regular lunch started with a welcome speech by the President of Skål International – Macau, Engr. João Manuel Costa Antunes. He expressed his heartfelt thanks for the generous support and continuous collaborations with Macau skalleagues. Following an introduction of the recent activities within the club, the luncheon continued with a presentation from Mr Eric Fong, Director of Marketing Department of Macau International Airport Co. Ltd., on the latest development trends in Macau International Airport routes.
The well-received luncheon featured a feast of gourmet delicacies prepared by the culinary team of Lai Heen Cantonese Restaurant of The Ritz-Carlton, Macau. The event was concluded with a souvenir presentation to the guest speaker, Mr Eric Fong, and in appreciation to the host hotel, The Ritz-Carlton, Macau, represented by General Manager Mr Juan Samso.
