InternChina drives the development of young people by giving them a platform to experience Chinese culture whilst doing a short internship in their industry of choice. Each individual’s individual characteristics and personality are considered when placing them into suitable internship companies/positions. Unlike other companies, we have a transparent application process which enables the intern to speak with their potential host company before they commit to coming to China.
The internships benefit local and foreign companies in Zhuhai and facilitate the exchange of best practice and cultural awareness by sharing ideas, experiencing business etiquette and understanding social aspects of different cultures in a working environment.
InternChina assists in not only providing internships, but offers a full 360 degree experience by encouraging young people to fully immerse themselves in Chinese culture by facilitating activities and trips that are both engaging and educational. Students also have the opportunity to stay with a Chinese host family to get an insight into Chinese lifestyles and especially, Chinese home cooking!
InternChina is constantly developing new ideas that will continue to merge the gap between the western world and eastern world, such as an annual ‘Speed-Networking event’ to bring companies together and a ‘Family Day’ to bring local parents and Children to learn more about our business. InternChina is also involved in local charity work, every year helping to organise the Come Together music festival to raise money for local causes in Zhuhai.
Students leave China with not only an awareness of how to interact with one of the world’s largest economies, but also a lasting cultural awareness that will serve to benefit Chinese and foreign international relations in the future.
InternChina 为促进青年学生的发展提供了一个实习项目平台，让学生自己选择行业进行实习之余，深度领略中国文化。公司根据每位学生的性格特征与能力，分别安排他们在不同的行业和岗位进行实习。与其他公司不同，InternChina 拥有透明化的申请机制，能够让他们在决定到访中国前就先与有意向录取自己的公司进行商议与会谈。
这个实习项目对于驻珠的本土与国外企业来说都是一个福音，通过思想碰撞，东西各异的商务礼仪交流与工作环境上的东西文化差异沟通，促使企业增进文化差异意识，并提出相应的对策方法。
InternChina 不仅帮助年轻学生找到实习机会，而且通过组织各种极具教育意义的活动和旅行，带领他们从方方面面感受并融入中国文化。 除此之外，学生也可以有机会与中国的寄宿家庭一起生活，体验当地家庭的生活方式，当然，还有中国式家庭烹饪的饮食风味。
InternChina 一直思泉涌现，不断提出拉近中西方国家的距离的新想法。比如，每年一度的 “速配” 活动，将各种企业拉拢一同交流；“家庭日”活动则将当地父母和孩子汇聚一堂，一同学习商业知识。InternChina 同时还为当地的慈善活动贡献一份力量，每年在珠海开展“一起帮”音乐节，帮助珠海当地的贫困或受灾群体筹集资金。
参加我们中国实习项目的学生们不仅能懂得如何与当今世界第二大经济体（即中国）的人民一起互动，同时还培养了个人持续的跨文化交际意识，而这种意识又将在未来帮助他们更好地与中国或跨国企业建立交流与联系。
