The Upper House is proud to present an exclusive Diane von Furstenberg (DVF) Afternoon Tea at Café Gray Deluxe, inspired by DVF Spring Collection 2016 –“Fortuna”.
From 5 April to 15 May, guests can enjoy a tea set that captures the essence of DVF’s signature lips, spring prints and colours. DVF Spring Collection 2016 is a celebration of happiness, renewal and the power of confidence. The collection starts with an image of the first painting Diane bought for herself: Fortuna, the Roman goddess of fate and fortune. Representing happiness, colour and joie de vivre, Fortuna is a woman who is all about freedom and is the master of her own fate. The collection features freedom dresses, goddess gowns, new suit and statement tee in DVF’s signature prints. Bold and joyful, it calls attention to the duality you find in any woman. Be you, be the woman you want to be: you be you!
The highlights of the tea set are Sea Buckthorn Berry Macarons in DVF’s Peace Palm Saffron print, Strawberry-Jasmine Short Cake with DVF’s signature lips and Mousse of Crème De Cassis with a touch of DVF spring colours. For a relaxing afternoon with an impeccable view, our specialities - Foie Gras Torchon Rhubarb Brioche, Green Asparagus-Ricotta Tartlet, Green Tea-White Chocolate Coupe, and Cookie Crusted Choux are not to be missed.
Customers will also receive a voucher that could be exchanged for a special DVF gift and enjoy shopping privileges by visiting the DVF store at Pacific Place Shop 211 (Tel: 2918 9238).
Priced at HK$310 per person and HK$560 for two, the Afternoon Tea will be served daily from 3:30pm to 5:30pm at Café Gray Deluxe.

4月5日至5月15日期间，顾客可以品尝一顿充满DVF元素的下午茶餐，茶点由经典的红色嘴唇图案配合2016春季特色印花及色彩组成。DVF 2016春季系列充满着欢乐气氛，一同庆祝快乐及重生，时刻展现自信魅力。系列的灵感源自设计师Diane第一幅买给自己的罗马命运女神 “Fortuna” 油画，命运女神象征着自由及自主，能够随心主宰自己的命运，展现着多姿多彩的愉快生活。故此春季系列推出了多款象征着自由的连身裙，华美迷人的晚礼服，活出自我的套装及轻松自在的衬衣，均加入了DVF的特色印花图案，充满独特风格。时刻提醒女性在自己身上找到这份精神与信心，激励她人活出真我，成为自己心目中的女性。
此下午茶的亮点有以DVF风格的棕榈树印花图案为灵感的莓子蛋白脆饼，配合DVF经典红色嘴唇图案的法式酸忌廉茉莉草莓蛋糕，以及以DVF春日颜色为点缀的酒香黑加仑子慕丝。特色茶点还包括有浓而不腻的鹅肝酱芋荚法式牛奶包，青露笋芝士挞, 绿茶白朱古力杯，以及色彩怡人榛子红桑子泡芙。最让人难忘的当然是可以在无敌海景衬托下享受一个轻松自在的下午茶体验。
