Opened in May 2015 under Galaxy Macau, 81⁄2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA celebrates Italy’s way of fine dining. Since its opening in May 2015, 81⁄2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA, Galaxy Macau has recently been awarded one star from the Michelin Guide for Hong Kong & Macau 2016. The restaurant is located on the first floor at the second phase of Galaxy Macau and occupies a total space of 5,000 sq. ft. with a spacious and luxurious main dining area that seats over 80 people.
Presented with uncompromisingly high standards set by Chef BOMBANA, the famed 81⁄2 Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA at Galaxy Macau provides the ideal atmosphere that patrons not only enjoy, but rather experience an unforgettable culinary journey. From a wide selection of Italian cheeses to caviar and truffles, the restaurant also offers world-class hams such as Pata Negra and not-to-be-missed specialties Cinta Senese. There are also two private dining rooms for 8-10 people respectively for a more intimate Italian dining experience. The interior was designed to create a comfortable yet elegance ambience accentuated by prestigious artworks of Gianluca Miniaci expresses love, life and passion.
