Morton’s of Chicago brings to you the best festive menu of the year, serving a four-course dinner on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve priced from HK$1,388.
At HK$1,388, the festive dinner menu kick-starts the celebration with a range of first courses, which includes some of the most traditional delicacies from Morton’s: Half Dozen Oysters on the Half Shell, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail (4 pcs), Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella and the latest addition in the Prime Selections - Lobster Stuffed Roasted Mushrooms. Seafood loving guests can also indulge in Morton’s Prime Ocean Platter at an additional charge of HK$50.
Moving on to the second course guests can have Baked Five Onion Soup or Lobster Bisque. – The main courses welcome a grand variety of Morton’s scrumptious offerings: Center-cut Prime Ribeye (16oz), Center-cut Filet Mignon (12oz), Double-Cut Rib Lamb Chops, Chilean Sea Bass and 2 pounds of Whole Baked Maine Lobsters at an additional charge of HK$80 when reserved in advance. These wide varieties of carnivore offerings are guaranteed to satisfy.
Enhancing the mouth-watering main courses guests can add HK$180 for Foie Gras, while at a price of HK$95 guests can enjoy a “Hollywood” dining experience - to make any steak “Oscar Style” with Jumbo Lump Crab Meat, Asparagus & Béarnaise sauce. Other accompaniment options include Jumbo Grilled Asparagus, Parmesan & Truffle Matchstick Fries, Creamed Spinach and the hearty Mashed Potatoes, accumulating into a luxurious festive feast.
The Festive Menu is never complete without the Morton’s traditional sweet indulgence - from Homemade New York Style Cheese Cake, White Chocolate Bread Pudding, Fresh Seasonal Berries with sabayon sauce to Double Chocolate Mousse. Morton’s spectacular dessert choices offer their guests a delightful ending to the dinner as well as a perfect start to 2016.
To make the perfect celebratory toast guests can choose from 3 specially selected wines by Morton’s on the menu - DRAPPIER CARTE D’OR BRUT, CHAMPAGNE, NV (WS 90) (HK$888 per bottle/ HK$148 per glass) to add aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach to accompany the seafood dishes. Another choice can be HEITZ CHARDONNAY, NAPA VALLEY, 2013 (HK$580 per bottle/ HK$145 per glass) which is surprisingly bright and light on the palate allowing the lush aromatics to open effortlessly into flavours of ripened melon and apricot. Next on the wine list is HEITZ CABERNET SAUVIGNON, NAPA VALLEY 2010 (HK$880 per bottle/ HK $220 per glass), this is a wine with a perfect balance of spice and acidity which cuts through the rich essence of the steaks. 第二道菜为焗洋葱汤或龙虾汤，而主菜选择则涵盖16安士肉眼牛扒、12安士免翁牛柳、顶级羊排和智利海鲈鱼柳。宾客亦可另付港币80元，享用2磅焗原只波士顿龙虾（需提早预订）。Morton’s悉心炮制多款令人垂涎的佳肴，必能满足食客的味蕾。
