Seafood restaurant Catch at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou launched weekend set lunch on last Saturday, December 5th. With inspiration from the starry night, Catch provides a chic and stylish dining area featuring abundant seafood dishes. Guests are welcome to Catch for a healthy and seafood themed lunch in the lovely sunshine. The set lunch is inclusive of Appetizers, Main Courses and Desserts with several options in each section. Above the height of 100 stories, not only the tasty seafood but also the panoramic view makes an enjoyable weekend.
The culinary team of Catch continued sourcing superb food products internationally and creates a brand new lunch menu. Ingredients imported from various regions are used to present an array of multicultural delicacies, such as Italian Parmer Ham, French foie gras and Thailand fragrance rice. “Healthy and light now become more and more popular as the theme of eating. In weekends, people may treat themselves with a sumptuous buffet or a simple but delicate meal. There is no doubt that he latter could be a trend to enjoy the life.” Said Paddy Chan, Chef de Cuisine of Catch, when answering the concept of the new lunch. He also noted: “We added more fresh vegetables and abyssal fishes to the lunch menu. And as for the main courses, besides seafood, we use meat and rice to make a better balance of nutrition. You could imagine, after a satisfying lunch with good friends or your mates, then go shopping or see a movie with full energy.”
Guest can choose either two-course set including one main course with one appetizer or one dessert, or the full three-course set. The signature Catch Chilled Seafood Platter is available upon order. The recommendations by Chef Paddy are: Romaine and Endive Salad, and Salmon Gravalax from Appetizers, Pan-seared chicken and Braised Beef Cheek from Main Courses. Prices are listed as follow:
