Master Chef Qian has over 25 years culinary experience specialized in molecular gastronomy. He has been working in numerous 5 star International hotels in Shanghai. He then served as the head chef for Mr. & Mrs. Bund and Ultra Violet restaurant, where he perfect his skills in French cuisine and the magic of molecular gastronomy.
