From 21st to 26th October, Marco Polo Shenzhen will invite well-known Italian Chef Andrea Oreste Delzanno from Marco Polo Hong Kong to present authentic Italian dishes at its Café Marco. Chef Andrea trained at the very young age of 20 with Michelin Star Chef Corrado Michelazzo in three highly reputed Italian restaurants after graduating from one of the most famous culinary schools in the world, the Scuola Alberghiera G Pastore Varallo Sesia. In addition, the Michelin Star training continued when Chef Andrea moved to Asia where he worked with Michelin Star Chefs in the annual Asian World Summit from Chef Giovanni Grasso of La Credenza in Turin in 2008. Furthermore, Chef Andrea garnered several accolades for his culinary craft ranging from being hailed as the best restaurant in 2014 by Hong Kong Tatler to the South China Morning Post featuring it as one of the 100 Top Tables from 2014 to 2015.
During the six days, Chef Andrea will present guests several types of classic Italian cuisine cold and hot dishes, soup, home-made pasta, seafood and meat dishes to bring guests a different experience of Italian gourmet. Such as: Grilled lobster linguine with spicy tomato sauce and garlic; Linguine with scampi, squid, clams, shrimps, mussels with fresh cherry tomatoes sauce, Risotto with porcini mushrooms; green asparagus and Testun al Barolo cheese; Slow cooked wagyu beef cheek, barolo sauce, pumpkin puree, etc to spoil your taste bud.
