Grand Prieur Rose Champagne has great depth and subtle flavours and its seductive shade of pink is warm and deep, which gives a taste that begins with sharpened elegance and finally culminates in a fresh finish. A second house favourite is Grand Prieur Blanc De Blancs, which conveys the blend’s maturity and is described as a light gold colour with golden green shimmers. Finally, a generous and refined nose with notes of well ripened grapefruit, citrus fruit candies and fresh hazelnuts, Pommard 1er Cru clos Orgelot sparkles with luminescent flavours of cherries, raspberries, plums, cinnamon along with traces of floral smell and liquorice.
Compass Bar will occasionally hold wine tasting with some of its members and even invite the owner of the chateau or the winemaker to share the secrets of wine. Not restricted to wine, Compass Bar has a collection of rare vintage single malt whiskies and different flavours of cocktails.
