Madagascar Party in the Wild - The 2015 Winter Ball celebrated the 20th AmCham South China Anniversary, which was successfully held on the 28th November 2015 in the Garden Hotel, Guangzhou. This year’s Winter Ball was bigger than ever, with more than six hundred people in attendance to join this spryly wild feast. People on the night dressed up as wild animal with amazing features, which demonstrated the distinct Madagascar theme.
Before the Winter Ball, guests gathered at the lobby in the Garden Hotel to savour the suggested premium wines and non-alcoholic cocktails. Soon after, the African natives presented local culture dancing to all the guests, which was followed by the passionate flamenco dancers that heightened the atmosphere.
Guests passed through the jungle-like corridor in the ballroom and everybody enjoyed delectable Madagascan cuisines with exclusive performances and live tribal music, which included the impressive photoelectric dance, mesmerising music and romantic pas de deux. From the menu to the food, from performance to decorations, it all indicated the wild “Madagascar” feel. The most exciting part of the party was of course the lucky draws section. The prizes were generous in nature, which valued several thousands to ten thousands.
